How can you help?
There’s always a way to get involved as we expand our organization.
Right now, we’re looking for a lawyer who can help us become a nonprofit corporation. We have submitted a Reservation of Name form and written Articles of Incorporation, as well as a draft of the bylaws we’d like to adopt. We have a clear goal in mind, but we need to make sure it’s stated in the proper legal language before submitting our forms. This is especially important for proving to the IRS that we are worthy of giving tax exemptions.
Once we are past that phase, we would greatly appreciate the help of an experienced grant writer to help us write or read over eventual applications for grants.
We’d love to have the help of anybody who has experience coding in Javascript or PHP to expand the functionality of this website. Our goal is to host a forum that Liberian teachers can use to exchange ideas.
Additionally, we’d appreciate if someone donated us a little server space and bandwidth so that we can save on hosting fees until we one day find stable financial backing.
